After receiving a call from this Peoria Arizona homeowner that they might need new underlayment, we set up a free estimate. After our proposal was accepted, we ordered the materials and scheduled them for completion.
We then removed the existing tiles and set them aside, we removed all of the existing underlayment and battens. We also removed the old solar on roof. Then we provided an install of some new plywood, used 2 layers of Borel 40, added new roof jacks, 3″ drip metal, bird stop, 3 rib valley metal, ridge and hip closure flashings and t-tops.
We then painted all pipes and exposed flashings to match the roof tiles, provided new material and re-installed their existing tiles with a few new tiles Monier tile and a 20 year material warranty included.
